Added pre-washed baby spinach leaves, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeno, salt and pepper. I could eat this every single day. Sometimes I have bottled grilled red bell pepper that's marinated in olive oil, and I add that too - atleast it's olive oil (not unhealthy, although I don't need as much as comes in the amounts I use!!). --Deepa (Austin, TX)Deepahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09633346176486358667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-610783251695275311.post-9227073752717485772008-08-08T08:17:00.000-05:002008-08-08T08:17:00.000-05:00Priti - Thank you for dropping by! I would be so tempted to lay on the couch for a bit. (and probably dread going back to work, lol!)Alpahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16889288288469735138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-610783251695275311.post-22530587384958018052008-08-06T23:00:00.000-05:002008-08-06T23:00:00.000-05:00Hi Alpa!!!
